Time to Promote a bit of Free Reading!

One of the complexities of self publishing is having to wear as many hats as is allowed before you compact several vertebrae in your neck from the burden. You are not only writer, you are also marketer, blogger, editor, printer, tea lady, and hair-cuttings sweeper. These are the sort of things (well, perhaps minus the hair-cuttings sweeper, lest you have a truly outstanding literary agent) that more conventional writers have tended to to a much greater degree by their publishers or literary agents.

So kudos to those who practice those dark arts. You, kind ladies and gentlemen, do an awful lot for your clients!

However, in the absence of said agents of help, I am tasked with rather happily (well, 50/50 elated and absolutely terrified beyond belief) announcing that this weekend, The Cicada and the Deep, Deep Dark will be available as a free download, free download, free download (yes, say things 3 times for better memory retention) via all amazon websites. The hyperlink on the title will take you to the amazon.co.uk site only, but feel free to look for it in your local amazon.

And for further reminding, here's a handy dandy poster! :-)
